Visit the official website of the Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship (ICA)

Under Services, go to Smart Services. Select Other Services > Personal Information > Update Personal Information > Update. Then click ‘Start Service’

Select your nationality. You may be asked to furnish additional information based on your nationality

Provide other details such as your name, date of birth, email ID, passport number, and Emirates ID number

Go to the mobile number information page. Your old number registered earlier will be displayed here

Enter the new mobile number and get an OTP for confirmation
