Changing your policy wouldn’t be a problem if you let us know. For our clients, we’ll even provide this service for free. Our team will let you know if your premium changes.

We can cancel your policy and get you a partial refund if you haven’t made a claim. There may be an administration fee associated with each insurance company’s refund policy.

We know that times are fast nowadays, which is why we are committed to delivering at speed yet without rushing. Our response times are tight, but if you’re in a hurry and need something “incredibly fast” we’ll try to accommodate.

Paying for and arranging your insurance could not be easier. You can pay by credit card or cash. If you prefer to pick up your insurance documentation in person from our offices, we will be happy to meet with you and take your payment: however, if you prefer your paperwork to be delivered to you, payment must be made before the policy documents are sent. Please also be aware that some banks make a small charge for payments made by credit card: don’t worry, if this applies to you, we will let you know beforehand.
