Visit the official website of the First Abu Dhabi (FAB) Bank
Under ‘Personal Banking’, navigate to the ‘Prepaid Cards’ section and select ‘Ratibi Prepaid Card’
Go to the ‘Existing Ratibi Card Holder’ sub-section
Click on ‘Ratibi Prepaid Card Balance Enquiry’
Enter the last two digits of your Ratibi card number on the ensuing page
Click the ‘Go’ button to view your Ratibi card balance on the screen

Download and install the official FAB bank mobile app from the Play Store or the App Store
