In line with CBUAE Notification Ref: CBUAE/MCS/2026/2058 dated 17 April 2026, all licensed financial institutions are required to store and maintain customer and transaction data within the UAE.
Accordingly, Prominent Insurance Brokers will no longer accept or exchange service requests, documents, or payment details through instant messaging platforms such as WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook Messenger, or similar channels.
